IMV governance bodies

The IMV Advisory Council and Follow-up Commission are the two participatory and governance bodies provided for in the Minimum Vital Income Act.

Both have the function of monitoring the provision and the developments that take place, such as the Social Inclusion Seal or the incentive to employment.

IMV Monitoring Committee

The IMV Monitoring Commission is regulated by Royal Decree 64/2022 of 25 January.
