Spanish Observatory on Racism and Xenophobia (OBERAXE)

Functions:

• He/she attends the plenary meetings, with the right to speak but not to vote.
• He/she convenes the meetings of the Forum by order of the President.
• He/she receives the communications the members of the Forum may send him/her.
• He/she provides Forum members with the necessary information and technical assistance.
• He/she prepares and authorises the minutes of the meetings and issues the corresponding certificates.
