Get to know the statistics

The Statistics on UK Nationals and their family members who have applied for a Withdrawal Agreement document (art.50 TFEU) is compiled from files extracted from the Central Register of Foreigners and shows the number of applicants for the Withdrawal Agreement document and the status of the procedure (granted, refused, lacking documentation or terminated). The beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement are British citizens and their family members who had a registration certificate or EU citizen family card prior to December 31, 2020 and those who, without having a certificate, have demonstrated that they were residing in Spain in accordance with the EU Treaty prior to that date.

These data are published semi-annually providing monthly stock data since July 2020.
